Refund Policy

Fees are non-refundable once the Login details have been used on Portal. The nature of digital media (videos) ist that they can be streamed or downloaded instantly after a purchase has been made. There is no “trial” or “grace period” after getting full access to all the videos which means all sales are final.

Non-use of a Membership or inability of User to access the Portal through no fault of Company shall not be grounds for a refund of Fees. Company does not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month Membership periods. Refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to view or download the digital products.

All refund requests are sent to our Customer Support management to be handled in a case-by-case manner. Refunds may only be granted for charges made in the last 60 days. In the event a refund is issued, ALL refunds will be made by the Company who will credit the Payment Method used to make the original purchase. NO refunds will be made by cash or paper check.

CHARGEBACKS AND FRAUDULENT TRANSACTIONS

In the event of chargeback, our processors will comprehensively investigate the transaction. Falsified chargebacks may add you to the blacklist with our processor, which will complicate possibilities of future membership.
