General

By using the website frankfurtsexstories.com or purchasing any services on the site, you agree to be bound by the Terms set forth here. If you do not agree with or do not wish to be bound by all of the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement, you must leave the site now and may not use the service. We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. Notification of any such changes will be posted on the service or sent via email at our sole discretion. Your use of the service after such changes are implemented constitute your acceptance of the changes.

All persons accessing and/or subscribing to this site must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in the jurisdiction where you reside and in a locality that permits the viewing and possession of sexually explicit homosexual material. You desire to view/receive sexually explicit material and you do not consider nude adults engaged or not engaged in sexually explicit behavior with themselves, others or other materials to be obscene nor offensive. You will not allow minors to view the material presented by, or downloaded from the website, and the materials you receive are for your own personal use and no other.
You will be charged a subscription fee for the service, payable by credit/debit card or other payment method displayed on the sign-up page. Recurring memberships will automatically renew and be rebilled until cancelled using the Verotel.com Support Page. The recurring subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Non recurring memberships will expire at the end of their term and not automatically renew.

Refund Policy

Fees are non-refundable once the Login details have been used on Portal. The nature of digital media (videos) ist that they can be streamed or downloaded instantly after a purchase has been made. There is no “trial” or “grace period” after getting full access to all the videos which means all sales are final.

Non-use of a Membership or inability of User to access the Portal through no fault of Company shall not be grounds for a refund of Fees. Company does not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month Membership periods. Refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to view or download the digital products.

All refund requests are sent to our Customer Support management to be handled in a case-by-case manner. Refunds may only be granted for charges made in the last 60 days. In the event a refund is issued, ALL refunds will be made by the Company who will credit the Payment Method used to make the original purchase. NO refunds will be made by cash or paper check.

CHARGEBACKS AND FRAUDULENT TRANSACTIONS

In the event of chargeback, our processors will comprehensively investigate the transaction. Falsified chargebacks may add you to the blacklist with our processor, which will complicate possibilities of future membership.

Recurring Subscriptions

Please note that recurring subscriptions can only be cancelled after the first renewal.

Complaint Policy / Content Removal

Frankfurtsexstories.com has a complaint process that allows users of frankfurtsexstories.com or anyone to report to us any conduct of a user that may be illegal, abusive, non-consensual or that otherwise violates this agreement.

• If you have a complaint about frankfurtsexstories.com, please send your complaint to support@frankfurtsexstories.com, including your name, address, contact details and a description of your complaint.
  
• Any persons depicted on frankfurtsexstories.com can request content removal, related to production and/or distribution of their photos and videos that are abusive, non-consensual, illegal or reveals personally identifiable information by contacting our support at support@frankfurtsexstories.

After receiving your complaint, we will review and resolve all reported complaints regarding content that may be illegal or otherwise violate credit card association standards within seven business days. If we require further information or documents from you, we will contact you to let you know.

Further, your frankfurtsexstoriesaccount User ID, password and PIN may not be transferred, loaned, given, or sold to another party.
